Technical Manager

Join Techstello as a Technical Manager and lead technical planning, development coordination, solution quality, documentation, and delivery execution across the Applications pillar.

Role Overview

Core Focus

The Technical Manager leads the execution structure behind Techstello's Applications pillar. This role manages technical planning, development coordination, solution quality, review cycles, technical documentation, and delivery alignment across websites, applications, platforms, and automation layers.

The position acts as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. It requires strong delivery judgment, communication with non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to guide developers while protecting reliability, scalability, and practical project outcomes.

About Techstello

Built to work across every service pillar.

Techstello builds digital ecosystems across strategy, design, marketing, software, automation, operations, customer experience, and business process optimization. Every role is expected to work with clarity, structure, and the discipline needed to support reliable execution across the company.

The purpose of this role is not limited to completing isolated tasks. It is designed to support the way Techstello connects ideas, systems, campaigns, platforms, processes, and people into coordinated work that moves with quality and accountability.

Responsibilities

What To Own

The Technical Manager owns the delivery discipline of assigned technical work across Techstello's Applications pillar. This role is responsible for translating requirements into buildable plans, coordinating developers, reviewing implementation quality, and ensuring technical work supports the intended business outcome. Ownership includes scope clarity, architecture decisions within project limits, delivery sequencing, code review expectations, technical risk identification, documentation, and handoff quality. The role must keep technical execution organized enough for leadership, clients, and developers to understand progress and next steps. Success depends on technical judgment, planning strength, communication clarity, and the ability to move projects forward without sacrificing reliability.

  1. Technical delivery planning for websites, platforms, software features, and integrations.

  2. Requirement clarification, build sequencing, scope control, and technical task breakdown.

  3. Development standards for reliability, maintainability, security awareness, and handoff quality.

  4. Coordination between developers, designers, marketers, client teams, and leadership stakeholders.

  5. Technical review cadence for code quality, QA readiness, defects, and release stability.

  6. Documentation of decisions, project risks, system logic, deployment notes, and future improvements.
