Responsibilities

What To Own

The Technical Lead owns the execution standard behind Techstello's technical delivery. This role is responsible for making sure development work is planned clearly, assigned properly, reviewed consistently, and delivered in a way that supports performance, maintainability, and client requirements. Ownership includes technical planning, implementation structure, developer coordination, quality review, integration decisions, issue resolution, release readiness, and delivery documentation. The Technical Lead should prevent unclear scope, weak handoffs, avoidable rework, and inconsistent technical decisions. This role protects the quality of Techstello's Applications pillar by ensuring that platforms, websites, software systems, and automation layers are built with practical architecture, clean execution, and accountable delivery control.

Lead technical planning, task breakdown, and implementation structure for assigned projects.
Review development work for quality, maintainability, performance, and delivery readiness.
Coordinate developers, priorities, blockers, timelines, and technical handoffs.
Translate project requirements into clear technical direction and execution steps.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of web development, software architecture, integrations, and technical delivery workflows.
