Team Lead

Join Techstello as a Team Lead and coordinate daily task flow, service quality, team accountability, blockers, and operational follow through across the Optimizations pillar.

Role Overview

Core Focus

The Team Lead supports Client Services by managing daily execution flow across assigned team members, tasks, client requirements, and operational routines. This role keeps work moving, clarifies priorities, monitors output quality, and raises issues before they impact service delivery.

The position sits between account leadership and execution teams. It requires practical people coordination, task awareness, communication discipline, and the ability to help team members deliver consistently without losing accountability or service context.

About Techstello

Built to work across every service pillar.

Techstello builds digital ecosystems across strategy, design, marketing, software, automation, operations, customer experience, and business process optimization. Every role is expected to work with clarity, structure, and the discipline needed to support reliable execution across the company.

The purpose of this role is not limited to completing isolated tasks. It is designed to support the way Techstello connects ideas, systems, campaigns, platforms, processes, and people into coordinated work that moves with quality and accountability.

Responsibilities

What To Own

The Team Lead owns the daily operating rhythm of assigned client service work. This role is responsible for keeping team tasks visible, priorities clear, handoffs organized, and quality checks active before work is submitted or escalated. Ownership includes task assignment support, workload monitoring, team follow ups, output review, internal communication, blockers, and progress updates. The role must help prevent execution gaps caused by unclear ownership, missed details, or weak follow through. It also owns the practical discipline of reinforcing process habits so team members know what to do, when to update, and how to raise issues with context. Success depends on practical leadership, consistency, attention to service standards, and the ability to keep team members aligned with account expectations and operational deadlines.

  1. Daily task flow, workload visibility, priority alignment, and team execution rhythm.

  2. Internal follow ups, blocker identification, and status updates for assigned workstreams.

  3. Quality checks before work moves to account managers, clients, or leadership review.

  4. Team guidance on process steps, service standards, communication, and delivery expectations.

  5. Coordination of handoffs between team members, account owners, and operational contributors.

  6. Documentation of recurring issues, delays, coaching needs, and workflow improvement opportunities.
