The Marketing Manager owns the operating discipline of Techstello's Promotions function. This role is accountable for translating growth goals into clear campaign priorities, execution plans, channel direction, and reporting rhythms that keep marketing activity measurable. Ownership includes planning visibility initiatives, aligning paid, organic, and content efforts, coordinating executive and team inputs, and ensuring campaign work supports qualified demand rather than disconnected activity. The role must protect marketing quality, maintain delivery cadence, and give leadership a clear view of performance, risks, and next actions. Success depends on structured planning, strong communication, commercial judgment, and the ability to turn market objectives into coordinated execution.
