Responsibilities

What To Own

The Digital Design Associate owns the careful production of assigned design tasks across Techstello's creative workflows. Ownership includes layout preparation, asset resizing, visual updates, design file organization, version control, and basic quality checks. The role should help reduce production delays by completing design support work with accuracy and consistency. It also owns the discipline of checking small visual details before review, because those details protect larger creative systems. Success depends on attention to detail, openness to feedback, software comfort, and the ability to protect brand standards while learning how creative decisions support communication.
